Lube Distributorship Guideline
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY:-
You should submit the application form only if you confirm to the following eligibility Criteria. In case, you do not meet the prescribed eligibility criteria or the application not complete in all respects, it is liable to be rejected without assigning any reason in this regard.
A. Eligibility: you should be/have:
1. Not less than 20 years and of age as on date of the appointment. 2 Preference will be given for qualified Business professionals. 3. Strong Financial Background and ability to deposit 20Lakhs as working Capital. 4. Professional experience of managing a Distribution Network in the field of Lubricants/FMCG/Tires/ Batteries/auto spares or any other related business. Understanding and managing a Distribution business. Sales and marketing capabilities-Managing sales force, ability to generate leads, selling skills, technical competence etc. Knowledge of local market is necessary. 5. Ready availability of office & covered Go-down at a proper place close to lube markets.
Notes: Candidate should not have any criminal record or should not have been declared Insolvent.
NON-CONVICTION: Candidate convicted for any criminal offence involving moral Turpitude and/or economic (other than freedom struggle) and those against whom charges have been framed by the court would not be eligible for Distributorship.
.Candidates who has their own Lubes/Greases manufacturing facility is not eligible to apply.
A. Application Guidelines:
Please ensure compliance with the following conditions while submitting the application:

1. If any statement made in the application or in the documents enclosed therewith or Subsequently submitted in pursuance of the application by the candidate is found to be incorrect or false, his/her appointment is liable to be rejected without assigning any reason.
A. Candidate selected for the Distributorship has to provide the following basic facilities, manpower and financial investment.
Infrastructure and Facilities for running a Distributorship:
1. Covered Go-down (min. 500 sq. ft.)
2. Office space (min. 150-250 sq. ft)
3. Computer with Broadband facilities.
4. Printer
5. Telephone
6. Office staff
7. Loading and collection Persons
@Working Capital:
1. Capability to invest up to 25Lakh minimum investments should be 10-15lakh for a single Distributorship.
2. Rs19, 950 (nineteen thousand nine hundred fifty rupees only) will be charged as a legal documentation fee which is not refundable.

3. The Distributor shall be required to deposit a cheque of Rs.49, 000 (fourty Nine thousand Rupees only) a security amount which shall remain with the principle during the agreement period.
(This security amount shall be returned to the Distributor after adjustment and settlement of complete accounts after the expiry of the agreement).
4. Payment policy will be in advance against Goods delivery.
NOTE: The above is minimum requirement for meeting the minimum volume criteria for the location. In case of further growth in market potential, may be require more facilities.
Compensation of Distributor by Company
1. Transportation will be provided to Door step.
2. Advertisement and Branding support.
3. Company will be given Sales Executive for sales growth.
4. 0.5% will be given as a dividend after completion of five years weather works will be continued or discontinued after five years but it depends on the final year achieving sales target year turn over.
5. Profit Margin- 15-20% ( In Retail sale)
4% (In Dealer sale)

Lube superstockiest Guideline
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY:-
You should submit the application form only if you confirm to the followingEligibility Criteria. In case, you do not meet the prescribed eligibility criteriaor the application not complete in all respects, it is liable to be rejected without assigning any reason in this regard.
A. Eligibility: you should be/have:
1. Not less than 20 years on date of the appointment. 2. Preference will be given for qualified business professionals. 3. Strong Financial Background and ability to deposit 50Lakh as working Capital. 4. Professional experience of managing a Distribution Network in the field of Lubricants/FMCG/Tires/ Batteries/auto spares or any other related business. 5. Understanding and managing a Distribution business. 6. Sales and marketing capabilities-Managing sales force, ability to generate leads, selling skills, technical competence etc. Knowledge of local market is necessary. 7. Ready availability of office & covered Go-down at a proper place close to lube markets.

@ Basic Facilities must have to being our super stockiest:
1. Covered Go-down (min. 1000-1500 sq. ft.)
2. Office space (min. 150-250 sq. ft)
3. Computer with Broadband facilities.
4. Printer
5. Telephone
6. Office staff
7. Loading Persons
@Working Capital:
1. Capability to invest up to 1cr. Lakh minimum investment should be 30-40lakh for a single Super stockiest.
2. Rs.35, 950[Thirty five thousand nine hundred fifty rupees] will be charged as a legal documentation fee which is not refundable.
3. The super stockiest shall be required to deposit a cheque of Rs.1.25lakhs a security amount which shall remain with the principle during the agreement period.
(This security amount shall be returned to the super stockiest after adjustment and settlement of complete accounts after the expiry of the agreement.)
4. Payment policy will be in advance against Goods delivery.
NOTE: The above is minimum requirement for meeting the minimum volume criteria for the location. In case of further growth in market potential, may be require more facilities.

Responsibility of Super stockiest:-
1. provides proper service to Distributors
2. conduct periodic promotional seminar
3. Must be achieved the given target given by the company.
4. On time delivery to their Distributors.

Compensation of Super stockiest
1. Transportation will be provided to Door step.
2. If quarterly business will be minimum Rs.40 lakhs (fourty lakhs rupees only), 0.5% will be given as a Go-down rent.
3. Advertisement support.
4. Company will be given Sales Manager for sales growth for a certain period
5. 0.25% will be given as a dividend after completion of five years weather works will be continued or discontinued after five years but it depends on the final year turn over.
6. Local transportation for Distributor location will be paid Rs.1 per kg or at per actual.
7. Loading and unloading will be borne by the party.
8. Profit Margin- 4%

1. Capability to invest up to 20Lakh minimum investments should be 5-6lakh for a single DEALERSHIP.
2. Rs19, 950 (nineteen thousand nine hundred fifty rupees only) will be charged as a legal documentation fee which is not refundable.

3. The Dealer shall be required to deposit a cheque of Rs.49, 000 (fourty Nine thousand Rupees only) a security amount which shall remain with the principle during the agreement period.
(This security amount shall be returned to the Dealer after adjustment and settlement of complete accounts after the expiry of the agreement).
